Like naughty little deviants
Hello there, friends! How has your winter been? Have you enjoyed some hot chocolate? Gone to frolic in snow drifts somewhere? Warmed up in a thick sweater?
Well, it's time to cut it with that cozy and wholesome poppycock, because the warming up is about to come from all the DIRTY TALK! Yes, it's time for our annual showcase of blatant ribaldry and broad interpretations on the theme.
Details and more shows below...
VAMP IT UP FOR ME
It's February, and you know what that means... the return of our ever-popular DIRTY TALK theme! It's also the return of sexy nurse Jonathan Hammond, as your fabulous producer! This year, we have the timely sub-theme of "Super Spreader." Uh, guess where *our* minds went when we heard that term?
We'll feature your dirty talk tales, your stories about spreading, and your legends of love!
VAMP is So Say We All’s monthly curated storytelling showcase, featuring remarkable nonfiction stories on a theme.
During the pandemic, we're doin' it online! Catch the show on Facebook Live - tune in to SSWA's page:

PUT ON THAT LONG STORY SHORT
Comin' up in March! Ready for some stories?
Bring your unscripted (but you're welcome to prepare) tales to our Zoom room for March's LSS! Remember that time your TomTom landed you nowhere near where you wanted to go? That time you tried to run away and only made it two blocks? Was there a precious possession that you thought was gone forever? Any interpretations of the theme are welcome! Just bring your lovely self and a friendly, open mind. (And be prepared to chat with our affable host, David Latham!)
About Long Story Short:
LSS is an unscripted (but you're welcome to prepare if you like) storytelling show, wherein anyone can throw their name into our virtual hat and be called upon randomly to tell their story. The only criteria are that your story be:
-Told without notes or a script
-Told in 5 minutes or fewer
-Be on-theme (even loosely)
Long Story Short has become our virtual campfire, where we pass the talking stick around and share our stories. Be they hilarious, heartfelt, bizarre, or all of the above, LSS stories get you connected with your storytelling community. Join in and make new friends! It's a no-pressure situation, where you are welcome to sign up at any point in the event, and even kick back and just listen. We have fun, we connect, and we can't wait to see you in the zoom room.
All you need is a free Zoom account, a computer, and a web camera to participate.
